Multi-award-winning chef, author, and chef/partner of Mr. Crabby’s Craft Kitchen & Bar, Chef Eric LeVine, has just created a self-contained hydroponic herb garden in his restaurant. This wall garden will grow some of his favorite herbs like basil, thyme, rosemary, cilantro, parsley and sage. He decided to create this hydroponic garden to help control the product, make sure all the herbs used daily in his dishes are fresh, and most importantly chemical-free.
