Weekday Sips & Bites Gather in the Great Room Social Lounge to savor big flavors in small bites with weekday specials Mondays - Fridays from 3 - 6 p.m Mini Plate Mondays: Savor the chef’s selection of mini plates for just $10 with the purchase of any cocktail. Trio Tuesdays: Try the chef’s special bruschetta trio for $10. Wine Wednesdays: Receive your choice of today’s featured cheese or salumi board for just $10 with the purchase of any glass of wine. Mix Master Thursdays: Sample our impeccably crafted featured weekly cocktails made with mixology techniques. Great Room Social Hour Mondays through Fridays from 5 - 6 p.m. Join us for music, table games, beverage specials and small bites, plus Fashion Trunk Shows and Boutique Art Exhibits on select dates.  

Build your own Bloody Mary at Coliseum Pool & Grill. Select your level of spicy with an assortment of hot sauces, then garnish your beverage with flavored salts and favorite toppings, like bacon, jalapenos, pickles and bell peppers. Available Sundays from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. for $18 per person. Breakfast Buffet available: 7am  - 11am, Monday to Saturday 7am - 12 pm, Sundays
