Pasta, veggies, and white wine in one excellent Italian dish.


4 oz Spaghettini pasta1 oz Extra virgin olive oil2 oz Dried fresh tomatoes julienne2 oz Asparagus – diced1 oz Pecorino cheese – grated1 oz White wine1 oz Vegetable broth1 oz Butter2 Basil leaf1/2 oz Garlic – chopped


  1. Place spaghetti in boiling water and allow to cook
  2. Sauté the olive oil, garlic, and julienne dried tomatoes
  3. Add white wine, bring to a sizzle and allow to evaporate
  4. Add the vegetables, broth, and butter to emulsify
  5. When pasta is ready, strain and toss into the sauce sauté pan with pecorino cheese and basil
  6. Plate and serve
