Officially beginning her career as an executive chef at the young age of 22, Williamson was the youngest female chef to ever cook at the James Beard House, and was recently the winner of Food Network’s newest culinary bracket-style competition, “Tournament of Champions,” in addition to “Top Chef” Season 14. Williamson is the co-owner and co-chef, along with her husband Nick Roberts, of Los Angeles westside restaurants Hudson House in Redondo Beach and Playa Provisions in Playa del Rey.
