Caruso Affiliated announced today that it will build upon its first-class retail and fine dining destinations with a newly appointed vice president of restaurant operations, Jonathan Husby. Caruso Affiliated currently owns, in partnership with its operators, five fine-dining restaurants. In his new position, Husby will be responsible for overseeing these various restaurants within the Caruso Affiliated portfolio in order to maximize profitability and create best-in-class, memorable dining experiences for its guests, along with identifying other opportunities. Husby comes to Caruso Affiliated from Sinatra at Encore Las Vegas and will report directly to Jackie Levy, executive vice president of operations.
“We are thrilled that Jonathan will be joining our Caruso Affiliated team. He shares our values and our focus on impeccable quality, and places the same strong emphasis as we do on the customer experience,” said Jackie Levy. “Jonathan will be instrumental in helping us achieve our goal of providing our guests with the highest quality food, beverages, service and ambiance.”
The appointment comes at a significant interval in the evolution of Caruso Affiliated, which is best known for its premier shopping and dining destinations, The Grove and The Americana at Brand. “Caruso Affliated’s superior standard of excellence and reputation provide all guests with an unsurpassed experience from the moment they step onto the properties,” said Husby. “I am honored to be a part of such an innovative, dynamic team and thrilled to have the opportunity to continue to bring this vision to life by elevating Caruso Affiliated’s already well-known dining establishments.”
