These Mediterranean Nachos are a healthier take on traditional nachos. A bed of pita chips topped with fresh spinach, Goat cheese, roasted red peppers

Ingredients:

10 Full size pita chips
3 oz Goat cheese sauce
1 oz Fresh spinach leaves
1 oz Roasted red peppers
.5 oz Kalamata olives
2 oz Hummus
1 oz Tahini sauce

Directions:

  1. Place pita chips in bowl, top with Goat cheese sauce
  2. Add spinach, kalamata olives and roasted red peppers
  3. Top with scoop of hummus and garnish with tahini sauce
