Inspired by surf cultures around the Pacific region, from Latin America to the Pacific Islands, the dishes use local ingredients for maximum flavor. Part sophisticated SoCal restaurant, part international beach shack, the Hideaway serves up everything from healthy kick-starters in the morning including açaí bowls and the signature hash benny to the hideaway burger, Lao sausage lettuce wraps and whole crispy Tai Snapper that could feed you and all your closest friends.
