The Blind Pig Kitchen + Bar debuts its new spring menu, offering a wide range of American progressive cuisine guests can pair with an eclectic selection of specialty cocktails, craft beer, and wines. New dish offerings include:

Hamachi Crudo – blood orange aguachile, golden beets, soybean, crispy chicken skin and chili salt.

Mushroom Saltado – shoyu broth, garlic oil, sesame cracker, scallions and grilled squaw bread.

Shredded Duck Leg –mixed radishes, lemon vinaigrette and fried kale sprouts.

Chicken Adobo – Soy & vinegar demi, potato, pearl onions, shaved fennel and calrose rose.
