Bruno’s Italian Kitchen Debuts New Spring Menu

The team just debuted several new spring menu items and two cocktails:

Offerings include:

Spaghettini alla Checca –
roasted heirloom tomato, garlic, basil, fresh mozzarella

Brunos Alla CheccaSalmon
– seared with black pepper & fennel, roasted broccolini & spring onion, cauliflower puree, sundried tomato olive oil

Pork Shank
– slow braised duroc shank, garlicky spinach, polenta & fontina, thyme jus, salsa verde

Diver Scallops
– pan seared, risotto, fava beans, radicchio, roasted heirloom tomato, garlic, parmigiano

Bloomsdale Spinach Salad
– organic spinach, gorgonzola dolce, fresh strawberry, toasted hazelnut, white balsamic vinaigrette

New Cocktails include:

Primavera
– made with fresh watermelon juice, mint, ginger beer, gin, elderflower liqueur and lime juice

Brunos Watermelon CocktailDaiquiri 1919
– made with rum, Aperol, strawberries, jalapeño, lime Juice and sugar cane.
