From a multi-colored ‘color wheel cosmo’ cocktail served tableside to ‘watermelon gazpacho’ and a ‘toy box melon salad’, these special cocktails and dishes crafted by Executive Chef Partner Riley Huddleston won’t be around for much longer.
Dinner Dishes
- Summer Peach Salad: arugula, shishito, goat cheese, peaches, cashews, sherry gastrique

- Toy Box Melon Salad: compressed monkey cucumber, melon, jalapeño, yogurt

- Watermelon Gazpacho: watermelon, tomato, bell pepper, cucumber, granita, manchego crisp

- Pan Roasted Scallops: saffron bomba rice, butter braised fennel, spanish chorizo, charred pearl onion, romesco, tomato bomb

- Farmers Market Half Chicken: chicken breast, confit fried thigh, jus, roasted market vegetables

- Prime Bone-in Ribeye: potato au gratin, red wine demi

Cocktails
- Melon Nectar: beluga vodka, watermelon juice, lime, agave, mint
- Grow a Pear: Casamigos Tequila, cointreau, prickly pear, vanilla aroma, agave, lime
- Take Off Your Tai: white rum, fresh pineapple, yuzu, pomegranate reduction and coconut

- Color Wheel Cosmo: clear cosmopolitan served tableside over large rock of butterfly-pea flower tea
