Queen Mary Unveils New Seasonal Dinner Menu

Sir Winston’s Restaurant & Lounge is delighted to present a new seasonal dinner menu courtesy of Chef Julie Cablay aboard the Queen Mary.

Featuring the freshest seasonal flavors, the new dinner menu welcomes several fresh small plates, new entrees, creative sides and decadent dessert options for dining aboard. The flavorful journey begins with starters including the Lobster & Crab salad with butter lettuce and frisée garnished with endives, and the Burrata with heirloom tomato, basil, olive oil, drizzled with an aged balsamic reduction.
