The Blind Pig Kitchen + Bar Launches New Summer Cocktails:
The Blind Pig Kitchen + Bar, known for their shareable gourmet American cuisine by Executive Chef Karl Pfleider, debuted a new summer cocktail menu curated by Bar Manager Ryan Autry. His main focus is to create unique craft cocktails that pair well with the cuisine, and all the shrubs/syrups used in the cocktails are made in-house.
New summer options include:
Third Time’s A Charm made with Genever, Campari, cacao, bitter vermouth, blood orange, lemon and brown ale
A Damn Good Margarita made with 2 -year-old Anejo Tequila, Licor 43, orange bitters, agave and lime; and the Mulberry Lane made with Alvear Sherry, mulberries, mint and lemon
The Chip Off the Old Block (London dry gin, quinquina aperitif, gin liqueur, pico de gallo, lime, celery) successfully marries the snack and beverage pairing – it’s served with a mini chip and salsa as a garnish.
