The vegan workshops are focused on festive and healthy holiday recipes that include step by step cooking demonstrations from Chef Sarah. Guests are invited to tune in on Glen Ivy’s social media channels to learn the secrets behind making delicious vegan gingerbread cupcakes with decadent coconut cinnamon icing and rich vegan Christmas truffles, all from the comfort of their own kitchens.
Glen Ivy Hot Springs hosted Chef Sarah in 2019 for a week-long cooking residency to educate guests about the benefits of holistic nutrition, gut health, and plant-based lifestyles. Chef Sarah is a classically trained chef from the renowned Ferrandi culinary school.
