Fred’s Mexican Cafe in Laguna Niguel definitely had the Elvis spirit when they celebrated his 76th birthday on January 8, 2011. They rocked the house with some of the King’s greatest hits and served some of his favorites including fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches.
