WHAT: A New Summer Menu, featuring a Loaded Tostada Nachos appetizer, individually topped tostadas that are indeed loaded with pork-chorizo, refried beans, salsa picante, tomatillo sauce, and warm melted cheese. And all of it topped with marinated red onions and cotija cheese ($8.99).
Four Entrees: Fiesta Market Salad, a Spring mix of cucumbers, tomatoes, roasted almonds and raisins tossed in a serrano-grape vinaigrette. Topped with grilled chicken ($15.99), or choice of sautéed shrimp for an additional ($1.99).
Fajita Tacos, two tortillas lightly basted with guajillo sauce, filled with marinated chicken or steak fajitas, vegetables, mushrooms, bacon, and cilantro-onion mix. Served with rice ($13.99).
El Torito Bacon Burger, a seasoned beef patty on a brioche bun, bacon, jack cheese, lettuce, red onion and chipotle aioli. Served with papas calientes and red pepper dip ($11.99).
Camarones Al Fuego, shrimp sautéed with jalapeno butter and chile de árbol adobo, served on rice and topped with diabla sauce, with sautéed vegetables. Sizzling on a skillet and flamed right at your table ($20.99).
A Cheesecake Banana Chimi for dessert, consisting of creamy cheesecake and plantain bananas wrapped in a tortilla and fried to crispy perfection with a cinnamon-sugar coating. Served with vanilla ice cream and cinnamon whipped cream ($7.99).
And all of it topped off with a Patrón Citrus Cadillac Margarita, made with Patrón Silver, Patrón Citronge, sweet & sour and fresh squeezed lime juice. Served with a side shot of Cointreau Noir ($11.99).
