Brunos Italian Kitchen Debuts Seasonal Dishes

Brunos Italian Kitchen, an award-winning concept and neighborhood gem has added several seasonal dishes and cocktails to their menu, which is known for handmade pasta, fresh seafood, high-quality steaks, and signature cocktails. Several new items include Crudo di Tonno made with fresh tuna, avocado, blood orange, cucumber, radish, and aperol-citrus vinaigrette; Ravioli di Carciofi featuring home-made ravioli, artichoke, burrata, lemons, basil and finished with a tomato with vodka cream saucel; and Pollo Arrosto made with a  free-range chicken breast, grilled asparagus, soft polenta, and marsala jus.
