Creators and founders of iPic Theaters and Tuck Hospitality Group Restaurants, announced the signing of a lease in Irvine, Calif., the brand’s third location in Southern California. A 310-seat luxury iPic theater including a bar/restaurant is planned to open at LBA Realty’s premier mixed-use office campus, Park Place, next year.
Situated minutes from the coast and adjacent to the 405 Freeway at Jamboree Road, Park Place is surrounded by the area’s most desirable residential communities, serving as the area’s leading modern workplace, retail center and housing development. iPic® will serve as the entertainment hub of the expansive property, delivering the area’s only affordable luxury, full-service theater and restaurant experience to the community.
