With its grand opening in April 2022, London Chippy was the first new addition to officially join the TRADE Food Hall this year. The restaurant, which opened its first location at TRADE, serves up Chef Arjun Bhakta’s hand-battered fish and chips recipe, made with fresh & sustainable fish and a traditional homemade batter resulting in an incredible richness, both in texture and flavor. Their classic Fish N Chips includes 2 pieces of freshly caught cod served with steak cut fries, house-made tartar sauce and malt vinegar. The Fish Poboy, served on a French roll, includes fried cod, crisp butter lettuce, tomato, spicy grain mustard, onion and is topped with Reds Hot Sauce.
