Feeding up to 12, the dinners feature a choice of entree: roasted aged beef prime rib with traditional au jus or rotisserie pork prime rib with sour cherry sauce. All dinners come with herbed creamy mashed potatoes with gruyere cheese, green beans with sauteed mushrooms, glazed baby carrots, creamed corn, dinner rolls and a salad of baby mixed greens topped with blue cheese sprinkles and pears and tossed in a balsamic herb vinaigrette.
