Aiming to restore calmness and relaxation into your week, #WINEWEDNESDAYS Yoga at Aarna Spa is sure to be the midweek escape that you need. Enjoy sips from a Napa-based wine following this gentle flow vinyasa class, good for all skill levels. Please bring your own yoga mat and dress comfortably.
