New Year’s Eve 2018 at Selanne Steak Tavern
Monday, December 31, first seating 5 to 6:30 p.m.; second seating 8 to 9:30 p.m.
Chef Joshua Severson and his culinary team have created a spectacular six-course New Year’s Eve menu to end the year by pleasing palates and creating fond memories for gourmet guests. This elegant celebration starts with Goat Cheese Panna Cotta as an amuse. The first course is a choice of Maine Lobster “Pot Pie” with root vegetable mélange or White Port Poached Pear Salad followed by either Guinea Hen Boudin blanc with foie gras or Mano de Leon Scallops with cauliflower espuma and pickled chanterelle. Then an intermezzo will be served, and the entrée options are Wagyu Beef Tenderloin with sweetbreads and parsnip or Black Bass with pork belly, beluga lentils and cabernet beurre rouge. A surprise decadent dessert completes this gala dinner. Supplemental starters including Black River Caviar and Kumamoto oysters are available as well as wagyu and Maine lobster for supplemental entrees. A six-course vegetarian menu is available upon request.
