This special cooking class will pay tribute to Dad with summer grilling tips and tricks from our very own Executive Chef Sandeep Basrur. Join us Saturday, June 17th at 11 a.m. on their Boxcar Patio at ADYA Anaheim for an interactive cooking class.

Held outside on our private boxcar patio in Anaheim, this interactive culinary demo is $35 per guest. This class includes easy-to-follow recipes to take home with you, culinary secrets from ADYA and of course, lunch served with wine/beer or chai. Class availability is limited.
ADYA’s menu combines modern creative and classic Indian styles of cooking, while balancing the bounty of Southern California with the bold flavors and spices of India. Chef Shachi features Indian favorites, including Vegetarian Samosas, Chicken Tikka and Tandoori Shrimp, but will also showcase Chef Shachi’s unique spin on the cuisine with dishes such as a Quinoa Salad with beets, oranges, avocado, and toasted coriander, and a warm Naan, stuffed with goat cheese.
