    Spring is in the air and we’re excited about the launch of our new seasonal menu of signature cocktails! Created by bartender Nick Espinoza, the menu represents a list of cocktails that emanate the flavor of spring using the freshest seasonal ingredients, house-made fusions, and premium spirits.

    Join us for the official menu release party the first day of spring, Thursday, March 20. Enjoy Happy Hour food specials from 2pm!

    Signature Spring Cocktails:

    Busy Bee – Earl Gray Tea infused Gin, honey syrup, lemon juice, lemon peel

    House Old Fashioned – Cherry infused Rittenhouse Rye, Angostura bitters, Orange bitters, brown sugar, cherry & orange peel

    Vanilla Sazzy – Vanilla infused Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey, Peychaud’s, Ango, brown sugar, Absinthe misted glass, lemon peel

    Spring Basil Smash – Hendricks Gin, basil syrup, muddled cucumber, lemon juice, St. Germaine, cucumber garnish

    The Rosie Goose Tanqueray Gin, hibiscus cordial, lime juice, grapefruit juice, agave

    Myers Burro – Myer Lemon Charbay Vodka, muddled Serrano and strawberry, mint, lime juice & ginger beer

    Aviation – Nolets Gin, lemon juice, Luxardo, turbinado, egg white, angostura bitters

    Grapefruit Margarita – Hornitos Reposado Tequila, grapefruit juice, St Germaine, salted rim

    White Hook – Our in-house barrel aged Hudson New York Corn Whiskey, Dolin Rouge Vermouth, Luxardo

    Jackalope – Charbay Ruby Red Vodka, lime juice, agave

    Brown Derby – Wild Goose hand selected single barrel 1792 Ridgemont Reserve, honey, grapefruit
