To celebrate Valentine ‘ Day, Bistango Restaurant has crafted a delectable three-course prix-fixe menu.

·On Saturday, February 14^th, 2009, lovebirds are invited to come and enjoy a unique three-course prix-fixe romantic menu.

·The three-course dinner menu is available for $48 per person, plus tax and service.

·Among the delicious appetizers featured are a Shrimp Cocktail served with garlic croutons or a Sweet Garlic Soup served with chives and whipped cream.

·Two of the choices featured for the main course are the Fettuccine served with marinated filet mignon, shiitake mushrooms, fennel, red onions, and tarragon mushroom sauce or the Grilled Pacific Swordfish served with lemon risotto, roasted pepper, olive tapenade, chervil, and a white balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
