At Sage on the Coast we work on Saturdays. We drink wine. We taste food. We take notes. Then we drink more wine.
As most of you know, we have monthly wine tastings – food and wine, ambience and synergy. We like to think all the wine and food is quite good, but some of it is great. This is why we insist on hosting a year-end recap.
On Wednesday, January 20th, we will host our Best of 2009 wine tasting, featuring our favorite wines from the collection of last year’s Second Saturday Wine Tastings.
The tasting will feature four fantastic wines – one sparkling, one white and two reds – paired with a delicious tasting menu. The menu is listed on the right.
