Oak Grill welcomes wine enthusiasts to enjoy a night of perfect pairings from Oak Grill’s Chef Marc Johnson and Duckhorn Vineyards. The night begins Fireside as guests are greeted with their first taste from both the vineyard and kitchen; an amuse-bouche paired with Sauvignon Blanc. Moving to Oak Grill’s patio, General Manager and Sommelier, Miguel Rodriguez-Vidal will lead diners through a five-course meal with quick insights and pairing notes. Sip on three wines from the Oak Grill wine list and two exclusive wines still unavailable to the general public.
