Tickets are still available for Southern California Edison’s free seminar on foodservice professionals and how they can reduce operating costs at their facilities. Areas that will be covered will be lighting, HVAC, food preparation equipment, sanitation, and refrigeration, among others. Also being discussed will be available rebates for foodservice equipment and demonstration of equipment by a professional chef. Registration and Continental Breakfast begin at 8:00 am and the day’s events conclude with lunch at 1:00 pm.
