Treat Dad to delicious American cuisine at The Blind Pig Kitchen + Bar in Rancho Santa Margarita this Father’s Day.

Guests can enjoy Father’s Day on the lakefront patio with specials such as the Herb Crusted Prime Rib served with mashed potatoes and grilled broccolini, which pairs perfectly with a choice of a high-end whiskey flight (Scotch, Bourbon or Rye); and the Fried Trout Pan served with braised Swiss chard, lardons and roasted fingerling potatoes, paired with the choice of a spirit forward or beer cocktail like the White Martinez made with Old Tom Gin, blanc vermouth, luxardo maraschino and orange bitters or the Hops of Wrath made with Bourbon, housemade lemon cordial, yuzu, and IPA.
