Celebrate Easter Sunday with Family-Style Easter Dinner from Hendrix!
Chef Rainer Schwarz is offering platters capable of feeding 4-6 guests, beginning with Appetizer options, including Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail ($42), Creamy Potato and Chicken Soup ($28), Smoked Atlantic Salmon ($35), Hendrix Salad ($32), Caesar Salad ($28), and Sliced Charcuterie & International Cheese Board ($35).
Dinner Platters offer something for everyone with Double R Ranch Prime Rib with creamy horseradish, roasted new potatoes and au jus ($165); Whole New Zealand Leg of Lamb with roasted new potatoes, garlic tzatziki sauce and lamb au jus ($130); and Rotisserie Bone-In Pork Roast with caramelized apples, tart cherry sauce and fresh rosemary ($135).
Among the sides that can be added on are Mac & Cheese, Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus, Caramelized Heirloom Carrots, and Brussels Sprouts; and guests can add Apple Crumble Pie and Sticky Toffee Cake for dessert.
