Join Elevate! events Saturday, October 25th at CBS Studios, Studio City on the New York Street Backlot! Enjoy a fun-filled craft beer, wine, and food festival celebrating women and supporting various women’s charities by sipping and mingling for a cause! With your involvement, 70% of proceeds from the festival will benefit the chairites Safe Passage and the Grossman Burn Foundation.
The festival schedule is filled with wine, craft beer, and gourmet food tastings along with a silent auction, retail shopping, and live music throughout the day.
Gain chances to win awesome raffle prizes in the “Women of Wine” and the “Hallo-wine” Trail Contests. Give extra support by participating in the silent auction, where 100% of all proceeds will benefit our partnering charities!
General Admission: $70
General Admission tickets for the festival include food and beverage tastings, live music, admission to the shopping marketplace and silent auction “champagne room.” Complimentary food and wine samples will be provided with additional food and drink items for sale. All General Admission tickets include parking in the CBS Studio Center parking structure.
VIP Admission: $120
V.I.P Admission includes use of private V.I.P Lounge with top shelf and reserve tastings, complimentary hors d’oeuvres, VIP gift bags, reserved concert seating, and V.I.P parking passes!

Sample Exhibitor (No-sales): Exhibitor Fee $50
The $50 exhibitor fee is for food and beverage vendors who would like to only provide tasting samples without the option of selling their products. This option is ideal for foodand alcohol vendors who do not want to sell items but only promote their products through samples. You may pass out flyers and incentives to attendees to promote your stores. (This fee coversthe costs for table and linen rentals per exhibitor space)
Suggested sample amount:Be prepared to provide sample-size servings of your food or beverage products. They expect 500-600 people in attendance, please be prepared to serve at least 40% of the attendees or 240 samples as a minimum estimate. Exhibitors may also sell products at their booth, see below for more information.
Exhibitor (on-site sales): Fee $250
Exhibitors who wish to sell food and beverage items will have the exhibitor fee of $250, and retail/shopping marketplace vendors will have the $125 exhibitor fee. All profit from sales will go directly to the exhibitor; they will be responsible for their own payment processing and cash handling.
If you are selling your items, it is asked that you please supply samples for attendees to taste before suggesting sales.Alcohol exhibitors can only sell items for off-premise consumption; the sale of on-premise consumption by exhibitor booths is prohibited at the festival.Only tasting/sampling of beer and wine is allowed.
