From December 23-30 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., the Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa will feature a delicious three-course holiday dinner menu that is true to the San Diego and Baja Spirit.
Menu highlights include:
• Potato and Nettle Soup
• Scallop Aguachile
• Baja Coast Fish with Black Lentils and Broccoli
• Hanger Steak Huarache with Black Bean Puree
• Mole Amarillo
• Conchas and Mexican Hot Chocolate
Guests are also welcome to stop by the hot chocolate bar located in the lobby and enjoy a complimentary cup of Mexican hot chocolate every morning from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
