They’ll also share ideas for using local and seasonal ingredients while preparing a delicious meal, perfect for sunny days and warmer nights.

Make and taste: Fresh Corn and Fava Bean Salad – Grilled Gremolata Lamb Chops with Balsamic Artichokes – Spring Herb and Mascarpone Polenta – Rhubarb and Lemon Curd and Thyme Butter Cookies.
