Join CUCINA enoteca Newport Beach for the first dinner in 2018, part of their whole-animal series ‘BEAST FEAST.’ For this installment, Chef Joe and the culinary team will be showcasing an array of fowl. poached duck egg + duck prosciutto | mizuna + winter citrus
