For Father’s Day Barbecue, Executive Chef Victor Juarez starts with a sensational selection of Salads featuring Green Salads and assorted dressings; Maine Lobster Macaroni Salad, Potato Salad; Brussels Sprouts with bacon, red onion and sweet soy dressing; Spring Kale and Berry Salad with broken raspberry vinaigrette; and Roasted Beet Salad with pepper escabeche, pepitas and goat cheese.
Father’s Day Barbecue brunch guests will also enjoy Beachwood Brewery draft beer at $4 a pint and complimentary beer samplings from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
