The Anaheim Packing House-based restaurant takes its Cornmeal-Crusted Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Waffles and extends it to Brunch, also adding new dishes such as Shrimp & Grits, Mardi Gras Omelet, Grilled French Toast, Steak & Eggs, Fried Egg Sandwich, and Cinnamon-Apple Waffles.
Guests will also be able to enjoy Brunch-time beverages including Mimosas and Bloody Marys, along with Coffee and fresh Apple and Orange Juices.
Located in the Anaheim Packing District, Georgia's is a superb addition to the already superb slew of restaurants in this historic and refurbished warehouse. Gretchen Shoemaker is the head behind the menu in the kitchen and she channels the spirit of her grandmother in all of her dishes made with love. Fried catfish, BBQ ribs made St. Louis style, hot link sandwiches and chicken wings are just some of the highlights. Don't forget the sides, from mac n' cheese to collard greens, everything is made just like grandma.
