Chopped spinach cooked with fresh herbs mixed with yellow daal or homemade paneer (cheese)
Mixed vegetables tossed in Karahi sauce (prepared with olive oil, fresh garlic, tomatoes & ginger)
Onions fritters prepared with black gram batter, tossed in Punjabi Kari
Pindi style Channa masala, fluffy Bathura or Nan, pickled onions & Yoghurt Raita
Skinless chicken marinated in homemade yoghurt & spices for 4 hours, delicately cooked in Tandoor & CTM sauce
Cubes of chicken breasts and minced leg of lamb, marinated, cooked in Tandoor and wrapped in a tangy sauce
