The Golden Hot Fried Chicken is bringing crispy and juicy flavors to 4th Street Market in Santa Ana, CA. Originally from Nicaragua, Chef and Founder Oscar Gonzalez first learned how to cook from his mom, and has since held various jobs in many kitchens, soaking up knowledge and practicing his craft. He is thrilled to have his very own storefront, where he will be serving up Nashville-inspired, flavorful, golden fried chicken and various comforting side dishes.
With flavor, comfort and soul at the core at his menu, he will be bringing Nashville-inspired golden fried chicken and various side dishes to the table. All chicken is hormone and antibiotic-free, sauces are made in-house, and each item is prepared with Chef Oscar’s favorite ingredient, love. The Golden Hot Fried Chicken at 4th Street Market is currently in their soft opening phase, serving sliders, sandwiches, and loaded wedges on weekends from from 12pm until they sell out.
