Frisby Cellars was established in 2008 and has been producing award-winning wines using grapes sourced from distinguished vineyards throughout Paso Robles.  Frisby Cellars produces their wines in Paso Robles then transports their wine to Orange County where they operate an Urban Winery with two tasting rooms.  Wines are barrel-aged, blended, and bottled at the OC Lake Forest location. Frisby Cellars is committed to producing handcrafted wines of complexity and elegance that express the climate and terroir of each vineyard in Paso Robles.
