Winter Brings Fresh Culinary Events to Pelican Hill

This winter, The Resort at Pelican Hill introduces Epicurean Experiences for Super Bowl, Valentine’s Day, Easter and other seasonal events. Guests and locals alike are invited to enjoy a variety of new dining and entertainment options at Southern California’s Top Resort, as rated by the readers of Conde Nast Traveler in the 2012 Readers’ Choice Awards.

“This winter, we are pleased to introduce our newest culinary offerings, including the Black Truffle Menu at Andrea at Pelican Hill Resort – Newport Beach, a Classic Gourmand Menu at Pelican Grill and Evening Art and Wine Walks around the Resort,” said Pelican Hill Executive Chef Jean-Pierre Dubray. “With Michelin-starred Chef Luigi Fineo at Andrea at Pelican Hill Resort – Newport Beach Ristorante, Chef Derek Brooks at Pelican Grill and Chef Marc Osier at Coliseum Pool & Grill, Pelican Hill’s talented culinary team has masterfully crafted menus and specialty experiences for every occasion and celebration.”

Wednesday Evening Art & Wine Walks (January, February and March)

On select Wednesday evenings, take a stroll around Pelican Hill with a glass of Prosecco in hand. Discover the Resort’s collection of plein air paintings, Renaissance tapestries, antiques, Palladian architecture and Italian landscape during this 45-minute guided walking tour. Conclude with optional antipasti and wine in the Great Room.

Guided walks depart from Concierge Gallery at 5 p.m.
