Top Chef Finalist Expands Restaurant to Arizona


Top Chef finalist Brian Malarkey announced plans to open a new restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona recently.Opening in October, Searsucker Scottsdale will offer a New American Classic cuisine and emphasis Executive Chef, Malarkey’s laid-back approach.

The menu will present twists on American classics from comfort foods to coastal fare.Items will include both serious and fun items such as Bone Marrow with Fleur de Sel and Peach , and Rosemary Lemon Butter Popcorn.Craft brews and artisanal cocktails from Snake Oil Cocktail Company help complete the experience.

Searsucker Scottsdale will be the first restaurant opened by Malarkey and the Enlightened Hospitality Group outside of San Diego but the sixth restaurant opened in under two years.
