The Catch Anaheim re-opened two weeks shy of a two year re-location rebuild at a new busy location on Katella.
Proprietor Joe Manzella has reinforced the management team with some of the county’s best. President Chris Snyder oversees the operations along with GM Ted Teran, AGM Whitney Sears and Bar Manager, Robert Wooding.
The Culinary team headed up by Director of Culinary, Chef Tom Hope and The Catch Executive Chef Chris Hutten have created a diverse menu composed of Catch favorites and newly developed items. Delicious new menu items like Steak & Eggs and the Primanti Brothers Sandwich exist along side favorites like Drunken Mahi Mahi, one of our favorites, the Miso Marinated Chilean Sea Bass and Victor’s Fish & Chips illustrate the diversity of the creative menu.
