The Art Institute of California Winter Portfolio Preview. Looking for talent? Graduating students from The Art Institute of California – Orange County present their designs and culinary concepts to the industry. You will have the ability to hire new artistic and culinary talent all in one place on Wednesday, March 25, 2009! From 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM the institute will be open to the public, and from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM the institute will be closed to Industry Professionals Only, (Light refreshments will be served.)
The Portfolio Preview will be held at the Embassy Suites in Anaheim.
