A few of our favorite chefs show their skills by grilling up some unique and tasty items on KTLA. Zov Karamardian of Zov’s Bistro, Walter Cotta of Alegria Cafe & Tapas Bar – Long Beach, Dante Ascenzi of Public School 612 and Franco Vessia of Nello Cucina give tasty alternatives to grilling the usual hamburgers & hotdogs on the BBQ.
Major kudos to some of our local favorites who brought their version of not so average grilling food. From grilling up watermelon to sea bass raviolis, which surprised and delighted the reporters' taste buds! Be sure to check these top chefs out in this months issue! We got up close and personal with tops chefs asking them about their tasty fall food favorites–we will give you a hint–you serve it in a bowl, it's hot, and you eat it with a spoon!
