In June, Chef Jennifer Sherman of Chez Panisse migrated from Berkeley, California to her new home as Director of Culinary at The Ecology Center. For this year’s Green Feast celebration, Chef Jennifer will be curating your Green Feast (at-home) – a unique dinner celebrating the tastes of the season. Simply order, pick up your basket October 3rd, heat and enjoy their shared Green Feast!
Your take-home Green Feast (at-home) basket comes complete with artisan cheeses and house-made pickles to create your own cheese board, a special sourdough harvest loaf from Rye Goods, traditional duck confit and fennel sausage cassoulet (or a vegetarian cassoulet with fall squash and greens), garden lettuce salad, fall fruits, chocolate sweets and an assortment of wines from their friends at Beaune Imports. It’s everything you need to sit back with friends, break bread and join in Green Feast’s digital festivities from home.
Most importantly, this moment and event will raise the important funds to continue Green Feast’s effort to donate 20% of their harvest to those in need, as well as mentor the next generation farmer.
Green Feast celebration together will include a live stream event on – where they share in the important work needed to heal and nourish through food.
These baskets are available in limited quantities until September 24th, so order promptly to reserve yours for pickup or delivery on October 3rd!
