Genji Sushi Showcases Sustainable Fishing with New Items



Genji Sushi has just released new menu items featuring Wild Alaskan Salmon at 165+ Whole Foods locations nationwide.Chef Iinuma (nutritionist and protege of Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto) created Genji Sushi with a focus on sustainability and fresh ingredients for healthy grab and go sushi. Recently, Chef Inuma has released 2 new items focusing on Wild Alaskan salmon, both promoting sustainability and appropriate fish farming. The new salmon items include a Wild Alaskan Salmon Roll with cream cheese and cucumber rolled in baked salmon furikake spice and a Salmon Omakase nigiri style platter.
