Russell Skall, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar’s Executive Chef announced four all-new menu items that he says aptly demonstrate Fleming’s commitment to develop modern, innovative cuisine that elevates the steakhouse dining experience. The items are a Pan Crisped Pork Belly with Goat Cheese Grits appetizer, an Heirloom Tomato and Housemade Burrata Salad, a Braised Short Ribs small plate selection, and a Broiled Pacific Swordfish entree.

Maeve Pesquera, Fleming’s Director of Wine also announced a “major refresh” of Fleming’s cocktail menu with new premium spirits and fresh-ingredient mixers as well as recipes for six all-new cocktails. Included are five “Fleming’s Retro Chic Cocktails” that she has named The Vesper, Negroni 2.0, Moscow Mule, Dirty Doublecross, and Whiskey Revival, along with a “Fleming’s Couture Cocktail,” she has dubbed The Napa Refresher.

In addition to the new cocktails, Fleming’s popular “5 for $6 until 7” Bar Menu has been updated with new wines by the glass selections, and
two more food selections that join Fleming’s Prime Burger (which remains a Bar Menu highlight), the aforementioned Pan Crisped Pork Belly items and a savory Cedar Roasted Mushroom and Artichoke Flatbread.
