Knife Pleat will repeat the truffle-laden prix fixe dinner this Saturday, August 15th, under the stars at Garden Terrace. Michelin-star chef Tony Esnault’s six-course menu was lavishly praised on social media by attending guests. Dishes include chef’s indulgent terrine with peach chutney, butter-poached lobster with Brentwood Farm corn and Crescent Farm duck with black Mission figs.
