Chef Jenny Ross Teaches “Raw Food Cuisine” Course at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts


Chef Jenny Ross, owner of OC-based118 Degrees – Costa Mesa restaurants, is now empowering students across the nation as she serves as instructor of the “Raw Food Cuisine” course as part of theHolistic Nutrition Program at theSouthwest Institute of Healing Arts. The four-week online course provides an in-depth look at fresh, organic living cuisine.
