Celebrity Chef Brian Malarkey of BRAVO’s Top Chef Season 3 and winning mentor / judge on ABC’s The Taste premiere season alongside business partner and CEO of Enlightened Hospitality Group (EHGRP), James Brennan, have announced their plans to expand their acclaimed restaurant, Herringbone in place of Asia de Cuba at Mondrian Los Angeles to open this New Year’s Eve.
