From Monday, December 3, 2012 to Saturday, December 15, 2012, CHAYA Restaurants will invite diners to pamper their palates with a limited-time “Winter Truffle Affair” extravaganza. Each of the CHAYA dining establishments in Beverly Hills, Downtown Los Angeles, and Venice will feature a unique prix-fixe menu that showcases the distinct flavor, aroma and versatility of the highly prized and hyper-seasonal Perigord winter black truffle.
The inaugural “Winter Truffle Affair” will feature an array of creative and decadent dishes that play off of CHAYA’s signature Euro-Asian cuisine, as overseen by Executive Corporate Chef Shigefumi Tachibe and his culinary team at each CHAYA location. Guests will have the option of experiencing the truffle-centric dishes through a progressive 5-course tasting menu ($149 excluding tax and gratuity), or i la carte and with wine pairings or seasonal hand-crafted cocktails to complement the fare.
